A. You are more than welcome! Our guides will give you a detailed lecture, and since everyone is required to wear a high-buoyancy life jacket, even those who cannot swim can float safely and comfortably.

A. For the Whitewater Rafting and Canyon SUP tours, please be prepared to get wet. For the Little Kappa Tour and Easy Canoe Tour, it is possible to participate with only your feet getting wet. For the Winter Snow Rafting, we provide rentals of waterproof and insulated winter boots, so you can participate almost without getting wet. Please check the [Belongings] and [Clothing] sections of each activity for more details.

A. Please contact us as soon as possible. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare, as we may have to refuse your participation in the tour if you are late for the meeting time.

A. Please come in comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. Please refer to the [Belongings] and [Clothing] sections on each activity's detail page.

A. The course is in the upper reaches of the Toyohira River, and you will travel through a canyon. The river current is almost non-existent and very calm. The total distance is approximately 2 km, and the course involves traveling back and forth on the river.

A. We recommend bringing a waterproof smartphone case. Our guides can also take photos for you, so please feel free to ask. Drone photography and GoPro rentals are also available as optional services.

A. In principle, tours will be held even in the rain, but we may cancel a tour based on the previous day's weather or river conditions. During the winter season, tours may be canceled in the event of stormy weather. If a tour is canceled, we will contact you the day before.

A. Simple changing rooms are available. We do not provide shower rentals. Please use nearby hot spring (onsen) facilities.

A. Payment by cash are available. Please note that we cannot accept credit card payments.

A. Our cancellation policy is as follows: - 3 days before the activity date: 50% of the activity fee - From 2 days before to the day before, on the day, or no-show: 100% of the activity fee *Please apply only after agreeing to these terms.
